I built this company to provide professional mobile notary and document solutions for individuals, families, professionals, and businesses who value accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication.
After years working in high-responsibility public service and hospital environments, I recognized the need for a more professional and dependable approach to mobile notary and private-client support services — especially during important, time-sensitive, and emotionally sensitive situations.
In October 2025, My Indiana Notary, LLC was formally rebuilt into a professional multi-service company focused on delivering organized, mobile solutions throughout Central Indiana.
Whether meeting clients at a home, hospital, office, senior living community, or secure facility, my focus remains the same: professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and treating every client with respect.

Founder and Managing Director Joshua E.
